Hockey Day in Ward 9 - 2016 is the third year we will have two distinct divisions to better accommodate all skill levels: A competitive and a non-competitive division.

Competitive games and the Championship Final will be played at the Trend-Arlington rink, whereas non-competitive games will be played at the  Manordale rink off of Knoxdale Rd. depending on the number of teams who register.

Round Robin: 9 am to 12 pm

1. Every team plays each team in their division at least once.

2. All games will either be 5-10 or 10-15 minutes long, with a five minute pre-game warm up. Game length will be determined by the number of teams entered in the tournament.

3. Win = 2 points; Tie = 1 point; Loss = O points

Playoffs: 12:30 - 2 pm

1. Either four or two teams will meet in the playoff round, depending on the final number of teams registered in each division.

2. If there is a semi-final round, the top four teams will compete, with the winning teams advancing to play in the Championship game.

3. Winners of the competitive division will receive tickets to an Ottawa Senators game, while winners of the non-competitive division will get tickets to an Ottawa 67's game.
